This is a bag i am entering into an exhibition at a local museum, the exhibition is called Tactile Textiles, the idea behind the exhibition is to provide a stimulating and exciting experience by enabling visitors to touch the exhibits. The creater of the exhibition wants to dispense with the tradition of exhibitions and the "please do not touch" signs, as when artists work with textiles they are being handled all the time. I decided to make a bag instead of a wall piece as a bag is used all the time and it shows that although it looks fragile it is in fact very durable.
I really like the end result of the bag and i just hope that it gets picked for the exhibition. Please check out the link to the exhibition.

thank you Viks, i will be handing it in on Saturday 14th not sure when they will let me know the exhibition opens 5th July, fingers crossed
